About the project
HR RETREAT PROJECT is inspired by the “dramatic play” (its formal name in education is drama in education), the most precious tool we have in theatre in order to unlock ourselves, dare to trust and share the trust, embrace the mistakes, accept the feelings and the vulnerability we all carry, break the norms, and after all, have fun. Let us set a question. When was the last time you played? When was the last time you really really played and shared laughter, the last time you forgot the office tasks, the super market needs, the mobile and the social media? When was the last time, you, yes you the adult, felt safe and free to play for yourself?
Come together
HR RETREAT PROJECT is a 100% theatre oriented project aiming in companies and their people. SHORT DESCRIPTION: indoor gaming- all we need is people to show up in the room. Team games going back to the pure, original games of the early childhood. The project ends with yoga tools for stress management and inner relief. Our moto is COME TOGETHER. KEY WORDS FOR THE HR RETREAT EXPERIENCE: brain triggering, imagination empowerment, contact, expose oneself, body language, working in teams, genuine dance with no musts, breaths, role playing (targeted, based on the companies needs and goals to achieve), mindfulness yoga.
